Registration Details

In order to register and receive the travel grant, your submitted abstract must be accepted for a platform or a poster presentation. Please note that the submission of an abstract does not necessarily result in an invitation. Without an invitation, it is not possible to attend the meeting.


Criteria for selection of abstracts are:

  • Scientific quality of the abstract submitted (Decision of the Scientific Committee)
  • Proof of your status as BSc, Diploma, MSc or PhD student
  • SETAC membership at the time of abstract submission. Please note that a SETAC student membership costs between 15 and 40 €, depending on your country of origin.   • Submissions by Master/Diploma/BSc students will particularly be considered
  • Equal treatment of gender


What is necessary for your abstract submission?

  • Your abstract has to be submitted in English according to the abstracts instructions
  • To submit your abstract please go to the abstract submission page
  • Submission DEADLINE is 19 December 2014
  • Abstracts will be selected until 15 January 2015

Criteria for the reimbursement of the travel expenses:

  • Your abstract was accepted and you have received an invitation
  • You are a SETAC member at the time of abstract submission and at the time of the YES-Meeting
  • You have chosen the most cost-effective itinerary
  • You have filled in your bank details during registration
  • Submission of all your original invoices and your bank details as soon as you arrived home
